I find the surgery is always helpful, the reception staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Tate is a excellent no nonsense doctor that will not prescribe things that are not necessary, for someone with chronic illness that is extremely helpful. The other doctors I have dealt with are very knowledgeable and are not afraid to ask for support from colleagues on issues they are unsure about. Viv is an amazing phlebologist who is friendly and always puts you at ease. The surgery is always clean and easy to access.
Having to travel to Indonesia without any jabs because the practice has failed to get back to me after I handed in my travel risk form. I have called multiple times to query why I haven’t heard anything and I have been fobbed off each time. I handed my form in on 21/01 and it’s now 05/03 when I travel 01/04. Jabs have to be done 6 weeks prior. I have given up asking if somebody can get back to me because they clearly don’t care.
Lazy, unprofessional, and highly unhelpful staff. There is clearly no concern what so ever about your well being.
The triage system is not working - you are queued for ages. The receptionists are rude. You cannot request a face to face appointment with your own doctor.
Comparing to my last doctor's this surgery is not run properly.
Once you speak to a doctor the service is good. However getting to that stage is difficult preventing safety and wellbeing. Saying you should go to A and E if you need to see your gp is not helpful or efficient. By not seeing your doctor you then become an emergency which does not help the overpressurised NHS.
Consistent excellent service from Dispensary. Staff always professional, very helpful, positive & friendly manner. A big 'thank you' from whole family (2x elderly & 1 disabled).
Triage service worked really well for myself (Mr Coulson) today. Lady on reception was very pleasent, extremely helpful & arranged for (duty ?) GP to phone me this morning. Received a phone within 30 mins. from Dr Hulme. My request was not urgent but I/we am/are very impressed with the service received - especially given the pressures on the Health Centre.

I have just joined the practice and I have had wonderful treatment. I had to have a review on joining and they have picked up two problems in my blood test. The Doctor phoned me herself to offer help and advice. The nurses are kind and helpful. Thank you. My husband hurt his knee he phoned at 8 am and was given an appointment at 11 am with Richard. Wonderful treatment. Please support the doctors.
